This past week we were invited to join in on several celebrations for Mexican Independence. On Friday night, we went to Pequenos de Discipulos de Cristo Church(Little ones of Disciples of Christ Baptist Church). This is a small mission church made up of primarily children. Normally there are about 40 children at the services. We love going because the kids are GREAT! They love singing and giving testimonies about how God provides for them and protects them. Several parents were in attendance this past Friday night. One of the parents of a boy told us that her son now reads his Bible everyday and helps explain the gospel to her. She was very grateful to the church. It was a great blessing for us to be able to attend.
On Saturday night, we attended Iglesia Bautista Discipulos de Cristo(Disciples of Christ Baptist Church). We had a great service with our friends there. Pastor Jonatan preached the service and we had a potluck afterwards.
